Force Builder is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by The Topps Company, Catalyst Game Labs, or InMediaRes Productions, LLC. BattleTech, BattleMech, 'Mech, and Alpha Strike are trademarks of The Topps Company, Inc. — see the site footer for the full trademark notice. Unit data is sourced from the Master Unit List (masterunitlist.info).
You may use most of the site without an account. Signing in with Google unlocks saving force lists, tracking your model collection, and other features tied to your account. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload — force lists, notes, paint scheme descriptions, and photos of your Models or Pilots. By uploading or entering content, you give us permission to store it and display it back to you (and, where a feature is designed to be shared, to others) as part of operating the site.
You're responsible for the content you upload. By using the site, you agree not to post or upload:
Hobby content is welcome. The restriction on advertisements doesn't apply to showing off your own hobby work — photos of painted miniatures, conversion or basing work, and notes about your painting process are exactly what the Model/Pilot photo and notes fields are for.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The site's own code, design, and original content belong to its creator. BattleTech-related names, terms, and trademarks belong to their respective owners (see "About This Site" above) — this site's use of them is as an unofficial fan reference tool, not a claim of ownership. Unit statistics and data are sourced from the Master Unit List.
Force Builder is a hobby project provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be available, error-free, or that the data (including unit statistics) is perfectly accurate. Always double-check official sources for tournament or official play.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Force Builder and its creator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data.
We may suspend or terminate access to the site, for any account, at any time — particularly for violations of these terms.
